NASCAR Heat Racing League Registration |
Welcome to the NASCAR Heat Racing League! We're glad that you're interested in joining the competition. We strongly advise you to review all of the directions and guidelines on this page before submitting your application. If you breeze through this page without bothering to read the instructions, then you're probably not a candidate for the league in the first place!
The NASCAR Heat Racing League is an experienced online gaming community. Our goal is to provide fun and fair competition in a respectful environment. If you do not agree with these objectives, then you should not participate in our league. Message board spammers, disrespectful competitors, and intentional idiots do not last for long! Please consider this your first and only forewarning.
The NASCAR Heat Racing League is not modeled around any real-world racing organization or series. The league includes multiple, equally-competitive divisions featuring some of the most popular NASCAR Heat modifications. The NHRL CUP Series races with the NHRLCUP Mod, the NHRL NBS Series races with the NBS Mod, and the NHRL CTS Series races with the CTS Mod.
| NHRL CUP Series |
 |
The NHRL CUP Series, the founding division of the league, originally dates back to the 2002 season. During a typical year, the CUP Series season spans from early February to early September. The series visits a challenging group of courses, a selection ranging from original tracks like Atlanta, Daytona, and North Carolina to "addon" tracks like MP Pocono and Mexico2007. For the 2010 season, the CUP Series will include 20 races and take place on Saturday nights at 11:00 PM Eastern United States Time. Each event will have the following configuration: around a 40- to 50-minute length, 3x wear factor, black flags enabled at the entrance to pit road, and manual steering forced on pit road.

| NHRL NBS Series |
 |
The NHRL NBS Series, the second division of the league, was founded at the start of the 2003 season. During a typical year, the NBS Series season spans from early February to early September. The series offers some of the toughest competition in the league, featuring close races on original tracks like Atlanta, Daytona, and North Carolina or "addon" tracks like nwilkesboro n and Mexico2007. For the 2010 season, the NBS Series will include 20 races and take place on Sunday nights at 9:00 PM Eastern United States Time. Each event will have the following configuration: around a 40- to 50-minute length, 3x wear factor, black flags enabled at the entrance to pit road, and manual steering forced on pit road.
|
| NHRL CTS Series (Resuming Fall 2010) |
 |
The NHRL CTS Series, the third division of the league, was founded in the middle of the 2003 season. From 2003 to 2006, the CTS Series season stretched from early February to early November, but a shorter version currently exists during the CUP and NBS break from late September to late January. The series typically has a shorter schedule and competes on challenging tracks like Miami, New Hampshire, and Phoenix. For the 2010-11 season, the CTS Series will include 8 races and take place on Saturday nights at 11:00 PM Eastern United States Time. Each event will have the following configuration: 40- to 50-minute length, 3x wear factor, black flags enabled at the entrance to pit road, and manual steering forced on pit road.

Joining the NASCAR Heat Racing League requires an invitation from the league administrators. After you submit your application, the administrators will authenticate your information for security purposes. If you clear our security, then we will provide you with the IP address and password to connect to our server. You will also receive provisional approval to compete in league races.
At first, the league administrators will approve you to compete in every event on a race-by-race basis. During this period, you should arrive in the server at least one hour before the official starting time of each race. The administrators will then evaluate your driving abilities during warmups and determine whether you're prepared to compete in the event.
During your provisional approval phase, you should be prepared to demonstrate your understanding of the rules and be ready to ask questions about them. If you remain patient, practice hard, and try to make each race, then you will have a good chance to earn full approval from the league administrators. Once you receive full approval, then you'll be an official league member!
